Welcome to Teal Stone Homestead! My name is Tiffany. Together with my husband Jamison, we are creating a sustainable homestead one step at a time while we build our home piece by piece in the countryside of Indiana.

It’s really hard to describe what I do in one title. I’m an artist, a teacher, a videographer, a gardener, a rabbit breeder, a crazy chicken lady, a dog mom, and an eccentric wife to a musician. I enjoy teaching people about animals, especially rabbits, and I firmly believe that with patience and zeal, anyone can become more self-sustainable no matter what stage of life they are in.

Creme d’Argent RabbitS

My rabbitry is registered with the American Rabbit Breeders Association and focused on breeding nationally competitive SOP Creme D’Argents. We use our rabbits for meat, fur, show, and breed-preservation. I am a former president of the breed national club (Creme d’Argent Rabbit Federation). My herd has claimed the title of Best of Breed at Creme d’Argent nationals in 2024 and Best of Breed at the 101st ARBA convention 2024. The majority of my herd is made up of proven and registered grand champion rabbits. I maintain a small herd and cull hard for quality.

We are continually refining our lines to the ARBA’s “Standard of Perfection.”

Fine rabbit breeding is a constant journey chasing perfection.

Nigerian Dwarf goats

We’ve been raising ADGA registered Nigerian Dwarf goats for dairy and meat purposes since 2023 using a combination of holistic and modern methods. Our herd is tested yearly for Johnes, CAE and CL to maintain biosecurity on our farm and any farms that we sell our kids to. Breeding for improvement of health, hardiness, correct body type and easy hand-milking capabilities are our main priorities that we aspire to. Our goats are super friendly and they have been a great addition to our homestead.
